Refund policy

The 30-Day Letter Guarantee.

If you're not delighted with The Golf Letters within 30 days of your first letter arriving, write to us and we'll make it right — refund, replace, or credit, your call.

One-time Annual Subscriptions ($99)

  • You may cancel and request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date.
  • If letters have already mailed, we'll refund the unshipped portion (prorated at $8.25 per letter).
  • After day 30, we don't issue refunds on the remaining year, but you can pause shipments or transfer the subscription to a friend at any time — just email us at info@golfletters.com.

Monthly Subscriptions ($10/month)

  • Cancel anytime from your account or by texting Our team at info@golfletters.com.
  • Cancellations made before the monthly renewal date stop the next charge.
  • If you're charged for a letter that hasn't shipped yet, we'll refund that month in full.
  • We don't refund letters that have already mailed.

Gift Subscriptions

  • Gift purchases are refundable within 30 days of purchase, as long as the first letter hasn't mailed yet.
  • Once the gift has been delivered to the recipient, we treat refund requests on a case-by-case basis — text Our team and we'll work something out.

Lost or Damaged Letters

If a letter is lost in the mail or arrives damaged, we'll mail a replacement at no charge. Just text us a photo (if damaged) or let us know which month never arrived.
