We pour real time into each letter — research, writing, paper, ink, stamp, seal. If the result doesn't deliver on what we promised, our policy is simple.
If you are not fully satisfied within 30 days of receiving your first letter, we'll refund every dollar.

30-Day Promise
Full refund within 30 days of your first letter — for any reason. Keep the letter on us.
Monthly Plans
Cancel anytime before your next billing date. No charges going forward. Letters already paid for still arrive.
Annual Plans
Prorated refund within 60 days of purchase. After that, the year runs to its full twelve letters.
Annual (Prepaid) Subscriptions
- Within 30 days of first letter receipt: Full refund available under our satisfaction guarantee.
- Between 31 and 60 days of purchase: Prorated refund for the remaining months not yet mailed, minus letters already shipped.
- After 60 days: Annual subscriptions are non-refundable. You will continue to receive all remaining letters in your subscription year.
Non-Letter Products
Future products — collector tins, apparel, and other golf merchandise — may be returned within 60 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition.
To initiate a return, contact us at support@golfletters.com for a return authorization and shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your letter or enclosed items arrive damaged or if you receive the wrong mailing, contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will resend the correct item at no charge.
